Tools: Meat Tenderizer

The right meat tenderizer can make a less expensive cut of meat seem like a filet minion.  I love this Jaccard 15 Knife Meat Tenderizer and use it often.  There are 15 tiny blades that really tenderize quickly and efficiently.  It also allows marinade to really permeate the meat and shortens cooking time.  This tool will pay for itself in savings at the meat counter.
