Herb scissors

So my mom called all excited about these Multi-Blade Herb Scissors.  I thought they sounded ridiculous, but they’re actually amazingI used them to cut parsley and cilantro without having to get the leaves stuck to my fingers and potentially whacking off a fingernail trying to chop them into bits.

We got one after seeing Erin’s demonstration. I’ve used it several times on cilantro, mint and parsley. It’s great! Easy clean-up with a vegetable brush.
